Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager - Transportation Shuttle to lead the resort's shuttle team on site. You will supervise scheduling, dispatching, and VIP transportation, ensuring punctual, courteous service and adherence to luxury standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in hotel transportation with supervisory duties, a relevant degree, and a valid driver’s license. You will coordinate with Concierge, Front Office and Events, and support budgeting while upholding Forbes Five

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in hotel transportation or limousine services with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
• Valid driver's license and knowledge of local traffic laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scheduling and dispatching of hotel vehicles for guest transfers.
• Ensure transportation services are delivered punctually and professionally.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
• Lead chauffeurs, drivers, and transport coordinators.
• Conduct training on service standards, safety, and guest handling.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office and Events teams for transport.
• Maintain vehicle usage, fuel, and service logs.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for transportation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and hotel policies.
• Maintain Forbes Five Star standards and safety audits.
