Job summary
Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager - Transportation Services to lead the Limousine Services team in delivering seamless guest transport experiences.
The role requires 3-5 years in hotel transportation with supervisory responsibilities, a degree in hospitality management or related field, and strong knowledge of luxury service standards. Valid driver's license and local regulations compliance are expected.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel transportation or limousine services, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards and luxury service expectations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise scheduling and dispatching of hotel vehicles for guest transfers, airport pickups, and events.
- Lead chauffeurs, drivers, and transportation coordinators; provide coaching and feedback.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and cleanliness; ensure punctual and professional service.
- Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office and Events teams; liaise with external providers as needed.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for transportation services and ensure regulatory compliance.
