Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi seeks anAssistant Restaurant Manager to lead service within the Food & Beverage team. You will assist in managing a skilled team, ensure service standards, and work closely with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires prior luxury-hotel experience, strong leadership, and a focus on impeccable guest service, with opportunities to contribute to menu design and hospitality excellence in a world-class setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the same role minimum of two years in a luxury property.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
• International work experience in at least two regions: Asia, Europe, North America and preferably Middle East.
• Hotel or Bar pre-opening or renovation experience is preferred.
• Self Confidence and conviction.
• Integrity and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times and lead by example.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized and presentable.
• Drive service standards, upsell and maintain high product knowledge.
• Coordinate with culinary team and assist in menu design and tasting sessions.
• Lead meetings with kitchen and service teams and monitor daily operations.
• Attend required trainings and report incidents promptly to improve guest satisfaction.
