Responsibilities

• Maintain the hotel's image with neat appearance and hygiene policy.
• Ensure key control procedures are followed and logged.
• Plan daily assignments for rooms, attendants, and cleaners.
• Coordinate with Front Office on arrivals, VIPs and special requests.
• Monitor room status, turnover, and guest supply stock.
• Provide feedback on staff performance to Housekeeping Manager.
• Assist with inventories and maintenance coordination.
