Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a high calibre Food & Beverage team and uphold exceptional service standards across the outlet. Qualifications

• Two years’ luxury hospitality experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management preferred.
• International work experience in Asia, Europe, North America or Middle East.
• Hotel or Bar pre-opening or renovation experience preferred.
• Self-confidence and conviction.
• Integrity and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and courteous service and lead the outlet team.
• Ensure the work area is clean and organized.
• Drive service standards and upsell menu items.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and Sommelier on menu and wine selections.
• Organize staff trainings and daily pre‑shift briefings.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control and inventory management.
