Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Duty Manager to lead and supervise the Front Office team, ensuring exceptional guest services and smooth operations. The role reports to the Front Office Manager and supports the Assistant Front Office Manager.

Candidates should have luxury hotel experience, strong leadership, and be fluent in German, Mandarin, or Russian. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera PMS, and HotSOS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel Front Office operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service orientation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Front Office sections and guest services operations.
• Ensure prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition for guests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales and Butlers on Front Office matters.
