Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a service team within the Food & Beverage Department. You will deliver outstanding guest experiences by aligning service with the outlet concept, training staff, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and grooming.

With luxury hospitality at its core, the role requires prior luxury property experience (minimum two years), a degree in Hotel Management preferred, and strong leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a luxury property in the same role.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management preferred.
• International work experience in at least two regions.
• Hotel or Bar pre-opening or renovation experience preferred.
• Self-confidence and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times and lead outlet staff.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Deliver highest service standards and set-up accuracy.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel services and outlet concept.
• Train employees to reflect the concept and standards.
• Lead meetings with kitchen and beverage teams and drive guest satisfaction.
