Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
• 3-5 years in Food & Beverage with 1-2 years in supervision in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Budgeting, cost control, inventory, and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure luxury service standards.
• Lead and motivate the outlet team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and staff performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen and beverage teams for seamless service.
• Manage staffing, rosters, attendance, and productivity.
• Control costs, upsell, and support departmental revenue objectives.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements.
