Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Food & Beverage experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role in a luxury environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and luxury dining experiences.
• Proven leadership, team development and employee engagement skills.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control, inventory management and revenue optimization.

Responsabilités

• Support the overall management of the outlet, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent delivery of exceptional service standards.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the outlet team to achieve guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Monitor service standards across all meal periods with professional, personalized service.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery to ensure positive outcomes.
• Conduct daily briefings, training sessions and on-the-job coaching to develop team knowledge and product awareness.
• Assist in managing staffing requirements, duty rosters and productivity to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate with culinary and beverage teams for seamless kitchen-service operations.
• Monitor performance, service quality, cleanliness, presentation and guest feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support achievement of financial objectives through cost control and revenue initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, hygiene, food safety and health & safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee reservations, guest preferences, VIPs and private dining for flawless execution.
• Maintain a visible presence and engage with guests during peak service periods.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to raise service quality and outlet performance.
