Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• 2-3 years of Food & Beverage experience with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and guest satisfaction focus.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of the outlet, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and supervise colleagues during service periods, maintaining standards and grooming.
• Provide attentive service, respond to guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Monitor service quality and ensure presentation and accuracy of offerings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu options, ingredients, promotions, and beverages.
• Coordinate with culinary and beverage teams for timely order delivery.
• Assist in reservations management, table allocations, and VIP arrangements.
• Drive sales through upselling and guest engagement strategies.
• Contribute to training and coaching to raise product knowledge and service skills.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate updates and promotions.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, ambiance, and equipment are well maintained.
• Support inventory control, supplies management, and cash handling per guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
