Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Dubai is seeking an Outlet Manager for Arabic Cuisine to lead day-to-day operations of a luxury outlet, delivering exemplary guest experiences and financial performance. You will work closely with culinary and hospitality teams to ensure consistency in service standards, menu execution, and premium dining experiences.

The role requires 5–7 years in F&B with 2+ years in management within upscale environments, strong Arabic cuisine knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of Food & Beverage experience, including at least 2 years in a management role within an upscale restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine concepts, grilled dining experiences, regional flavours, and food and beverage service standards.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, revenue generation, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance guest satisfaction through service excellence, relationship building, and effective service recovery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the outlet, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, proactive guest engagement, and effective management of guest feedback and service recovery.
• Oversee the delivery of food and beverage services, ensuring all offerings meet established standards of quality, presentation, consistency, and value.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the outlet's Arabic cuisine offerings, grilled specialties, regional ingredients, and beverage pairings to confidently support guests and the service team.
• Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure successful menu execution, seasonal promotions, specialty offerings, and memorable dining experiences.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling, menu promotion, guest engagement initiatives, and the effective management of reservations and seating.
• Monitor guest feedback, dining trends, and market developments to identify opportunities for enhancing the outlet's offerings and overall guest experience.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, implementing action plans to achieve revenue targets, profitability goals, and service excellence objectives.
• Ensure effective control of labour costs, inventories, operating supplies, and departmental expenses while maintaining operational standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the outlet team through performance management, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities while ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards

The Outlet Manager - Arabic Cuisine is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance.
