Job summary

Jumeirah Al Naseem, part of Jumeirah Group, invites applications for a Chef De Partie to join our luxury kitchen team in Dubai. You will work under the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs, ensuring dish quality, timing, and presentation across a busy, high-end environment.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years in luxury hospitality, a culinary arts degree, and a passion for seasonal development, training, and HACCP compliance. Excellent teamwork is essential to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality.
• Team player with speed and accuracy.
• Attention to detail and high energy.
• Strong knowledge of food safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes per recipes and guidance.
• Oversee mise-en-place, stock rotation, and hygiene standards.
• Manage the assigned kitchen section and supervise during service.
• Contribute to menu development with seasonal ideas.
• Train junior staff and ensure HACCP and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with equipment and safety procedures.
