Job summary

Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a friendly Lobby Hostess to warmly welcome guests, escort them to reception or VIP areas, and support arrival rituals with authentic hospitality.

You will introduce guests to the Minor App, assist with service requests, and help maintain a refined lobby that reflects local traditions and Anantara’s brand storytelling.

The role offers opportunities to engage with VIP guests and collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests with sincerity, poise, and attentiveness.
• Escort guests to reception, lounges, or VIP areas while engaging them in conversations.
• Present the lobby with readiness for arrival rituals and cultural displays.
• Support digital guest services via Minor App and MessageBox for requests and coordination.
• Maintain a refined, welcoming lobby space reflecting local traditions and Anantara’s storytelling.
• Provide discreet service to VIP guests and business travellers, leveraging PMS data for personalized interactions.
