Job summary

Atlantis, Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the luxury hospitality team. You will prepare and organize mise en place for your section, ensuring top quality and consistency across all dishes.

You will support the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef, helping to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, develop new recipes, and maintain strict health and safety standards within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with confidence around diverse clienteles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize mise en place for your section, delivering high quality food.
• Assist the Chef de Cuisine to lead kitchen operations to the highest standards.
• Support the Sous Chef in creating new dishes while adhering to health and safety procedures.
