Job summary

Atlantis, Dubai is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen team on The Palm. You will manage mise en place for your section, uphold the highest food quality, and collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a similar role in international luxury hotels, good communication, health and safety certification, and a Diploma in Culinary or 2–3 years in a fine dining setting, preferably Michelin-starred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in an international luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Health and safety operating procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Manage mise en place for your section and ensure top quality dishes.
• Assist the Chef de Cuisine to lead and organize kitchen requirements to the highest standards.
• Support the Sous Chef with creating new dishes and recipes.
