Job summary

Atlantis, Dubai offers an exciting Chef de Partie, Specialty role in a premier luxury resort on Palm Island. The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Diploma in Culinary or 2-3 years’ experience and a health and safety certification are preferred. You will lead mise en place for your section, assist the Chef de Cuisine in maintaining top quality, and contribute to menu development

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
• Diploma in Culinary or 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role; health and safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize mise en place for your section to ensure top food quality.
• Assist the Chef de Cuisine to lead kitchen operations and uphold highest standards of health and safety.
• Support the Sous Chef in developing new dishes and recipes for the restaurant.
• Collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced, luxury dining environment.
