Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Background in international cuisine, preferably with Michelin-star exposure.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage mise en place and daily operations within the assigned kitchen section.
• Support the Sous Chef in maintaining food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Train and guide junior chefs to maintain operational consistency.
