Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience as Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Experience in Michelin-star or award-winning restaurants preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines and modern cooking techniques.
• Valid health and safety certification.
• Creative mindset with passion for culinary innovation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced Dubai hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily mise en place preparation for the assigned kitchen section.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to luxury hotel standards.
• Support the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing kitchen operations and workflow.
• Assist the Sous Chef in developing new recipes and seasonal menu items.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure consistency in food quality.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing teams for ingredient requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency in the kitchen.
