Job summary

Damas Jewellery seeks a Sales Consultant to act as a brand ambassador for one of its prestigious partners in Abu Dhabi. You will curate memorable client experiences, tell the story of iconic heritage, and build long-lasting relationships with a global high-net-worth clientele.

Role focuses on delivering exceptional clienteling, mastering product knowledge, and driving commercial excellence within a luxury boutique environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-performing retail sales experience in luxury jewelry, fine watches, high fashion, or premium retail across the GCC/UAE market.
• Strong understanding of fine craftsmanship, precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones.
• Fluent English; Arabic/French/Russian/Mandarin is highly preferred given a diverse international client base.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional clienteling and experience to guests.
• Welcome boutique guests with warmth, sophistication and flawless service.
• Curate personalized styling and consultation sessions for high-end clients.
• Be the Brand Storyteller and share heritage of the joint venture brand.
• Drive sales targets and KPIs, upsell and cross-sell collections.
• Build and maintain VIP relationships through active client books and exclusive events.
• Ensure luxury boutique standards in merchandising, displays, and lighting.
• Manage inventory, stock security, POS operations, and order tracking.
