Qualifications

• Graduate / Minimum High school
• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, customer service or hospitality industry
• General knowledge of Jewellery

Responsibilities

• Check accuracy of stock and maintain displays.
• Greet customers and assess requirements to invite them to counters.
• Provide product and price information, close sales and follow up as needed.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain 100% stock accuracy.
• Assist with stock-taking and repair orders as required.
