Qualifications

• Fluency in English is mandatory for daily client interactions and selling.
• 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, services or luxury hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment and maintain high standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver outstanding client service, achieving targets.
• Develop strong client relationships and provide expert product knowledge.
• Support stock management, merchandising, and store housekeeping.
• Participate in floor moves, displays, and brand visual guidelines.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain cash records.
