Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily room inspections, briefing for Room Attendants, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, corridors, and pantries in a luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. You will train staff, report issues, and coordinate with Engineering to maintain equipment and service delivery.

The role requires a university degree, at least 2 years in a similar five-star hotel role, and strong communication skills for teamwork

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily briefing for Room Attendants.
• Inspects guest rooms, corridors and pantries to ensure highest standard of cleanliness.
• Oversees housekeeping activities and coordinates with Engineering.
• Reports issues to Housekeeping and Security.
• Maintains equipment and ensures proper handover between shifts.
