Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Houseperson to join our Housekeeping team. You will execute assigned floors and service areas, and assist with maintaining standards using established procedures.

The ideal candidate has hotel experience, fluent English, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility for weekends and holidays. The role offers an attractive AED salary, health benefits, and leave policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal, written, reading).
• High School diploma or vocational training; 1 year work experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotel or resort setting is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Execute assigned floors and service areas per daily briefings.
• Use FCS1 to review, update, and manage work assignments.
• Handle chemicals, cleaning agents, and equipment per procedures.
• Stock floor pantries, linen rooms, and utility areas with required supplies.
• Clean guest corridors, public areas, and Heart of House to required standards.
• Support heavy-duty tasks including furniture movement, deep cleaning, carpet care, and room preparation.
• Deliver guest request items and operational supplies.
• Operate, clean, and maintain housekeeping equipment.
• Report lost & found items, maintenance defects, safety hazards, and unusual conditions.
• Follow security procedures related to keys and controlled areas.
