The role requires at least 2 years in a luxury hospitality sales role, UAE driving licence, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Strong Luxury background required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• UAE Driving licence is required.
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of local culture and regional work experience in UAE.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts on UK & German market to maximise revenue and market share.
• Prospect new accounts and development in assigned markets.
• Attend weekly revenue and sales meetings; report on activity.
• Prepare weekly activity plans and forecasts for the upcoming week.
• Conduct site inspections with clients and prospects.
• Adhere to Corporate SOPs and standards across all activities.
• Follow up tentative bookings and convert to confirmed business.
• Demonstrate knowledge of competitor set and market dynamics.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services and figures.
• Contract clients timely with smart contracting for optimum yield.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales blitzes and workshops.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget with statistics and forecasts.
• Execute sales actions within the defined cost budget.
• Understand and promote the Hotel's Sales Vision.
• Perform additional duties as required by business needs.
