Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a sales position.
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, leader with team spirit under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Key account management on assigned base to maximize revenue and market share.
• Prospect new accounts and expand client base in designated markets.
• Conduct site inspections and present hotel offerings to clients.
• Attend trade shows and sales activities to drive bookings.
• Assist in defining an annual sales action plan and budget inputs.
• Cross-sell Kempinski Hotels and maintain client relationships.
