Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. The role coordinates with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to run daily activities and resolve issues.

You will assist management with hiring, training, scheduling and coaching, while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction. A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to manage daily activities.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and motivating staff.
