Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi seeks a hospitality professional to ensure staff teamwork, impeccable service, and strict adherence to the Gold Standards. You will supervise daily operations, monitor grooming and attire, complete opening/closing duties, and manage inventories to support exceptional guest experiences.

You will assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees; serve as a role model; and uphold safety, confidentiality, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together as a team to deliver optimum service.
• Inspect grooming, attire, and uniforms; rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening/closing duties and stock supplies; maintain cleanliness and safety.
