Responsibilities

• Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and guest needs are met.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties, prep supplies, and maintain equipment and areas.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate needs, and thank guests with appreciation.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team to achieve goals.
