Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts, owner of InterContinental Fujairah Resort, is seeking a Business Development Manager – Corporate & MICE to drive new business, manage key accounts, and convert opportunities. You will work with Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and hotel leadership to ensure revenue growth and premium guest experiences.

The role requires strong client development capabilities, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to expanding market share in the UAE luxury hotel segment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel sales or business development.
• Experience with Corporate, MICE, and Group accounts is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE corporate and MICE market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Corporate, MICE, and Group sales strategies aligned with revenue targets.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of Corporate, MICE, and Group accounts; build relationships and increase share of business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market intelligence, networking and industry events.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with prospecting, follow-up, and account development.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, Events, Banquets and Finance for seamless delivery.
