InterContinental Fujairah Resort is seeking a proactive MICE Sales Manager – Wedding Specialist to drive revenue across weddings and corporate events. You will build relationships with clients, planners, and agencies, and manage opportunities from inquiry to handover.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel sales experience, ideally in MICE, weddings or events.
• Strong business development, account management, and ability to convert opportunities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for MICE, weddings, and events in line with commercial objectives.
• Identify and acquire new business through corporate accounts, wedding planners, agencies, DMCs, and associations.
• Drive destination wedding business with focus on Indian weddings and GCC, Western, international markets.
• Manage opportunities from enquiry to proposal, contracting and handover to operations.
