IHG Hotels & Resorts in Fujairah is seeking a driven MICE Sales Manager – Wedding Specialist to drive revenue across weddings, MICE and events with a focus on Indian destination weddings and international markets.

You will build strong client relationships, manage sales opportunities from enquiry to handover, and maximize revenue from rooms, catering, venue and banqueting while collaborating with Revenue Management and Sales leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel sales, preferably MICE, weddings or events.
• Established relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and DMCs.
• Excellent spoken and written English; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sales strategies for MICE, weddings, and events.
• Identify and acquire new business through corporate accounts, wedding planners, event agencies, DMCs, associations, and other partners.
• Drive destination wedding business, with focus on Indian weddings; expand GCC and international markets.
• Manage opportunities from enquiry to handover, including proposals, contracting and handover.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maximize revenue from rooms, F&B, venue, and wedding functions; collaborate on pricing strategies.
• Maintain active sales pipeline with calls, visits, roadshows and events to drive conversions.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Events, Banquets, Culinary, F&B, Finance, Rooms and other departments for accurate contracting.
