Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Target-driven with a focus on results.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
• Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, maintain regular contact with clients, and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Activities: Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to promote the property’s facilities and services.
• Proposal Preparation: Develop tailored proposals, negotiate rates, and close deals in line with company policies and revenue targets.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and leads.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and revenue projections.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with Revenue, Marketing, and Events teams to ensure consistent service delivery and alignment on sales initiatives.
• Event Representation: Represent the property at local events, trade shows, and sales missions to enhance brand visibility.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal standards
