Job summary

Rixos Hotels Gulf is seeking a senior sales leader to drive development and account management across GCC and broader MENA markets. You will own the market sales plan, build strategic partnerships and coordinate opportunities across Rixos properties in the GCC region.

The role requires a track record of meeting sales targets, deep knowledge of the travel trade, corporate, government and MICE segments, and fluency in English (Arabic preferred). Travel across assigned markets is expected.

Qualifications

• Five years of hotel sales experience, GCC and wider MENA accounts.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of regional travel trade and corporate, government or MICE segments.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, resorts or all-inclusive operations; multi-property experience is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, account planning, forecasting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual sales plan for assigned markets with clear priorities and targets.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key travel trade, corporate, government, group and MICE accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with decision-makers and travel buyers.
• Deliver revenue and room night targets while supporting rate and profitability objectives.
• Lead negotiations for account agreements and group opportunities within delegated authority.
• Coordinate with hotel Sales and Revenue Management to reflect demand and priorities.
