Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for an Executive – Learning & Development to join our Learning & Development team on-site in the UAE. The role focuses on onboarding programs, training delivery, and maintaining documentation aligned with brand standards.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in HR, business or hospitality, with 2+ years in training or hospitality operations, strong facilitation and presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office; LMS familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in HR, training, hospitality ops or related admin/facilitation role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or service-driven environment preferred.
• Confident facilitator with strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LMS platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new joiner orientation programs to ensure a welcoming onboarding experience.
• Support delivery of learning initiatives, refresher trainings, and service standards programs.
• Prepare, update, and organize training materials, presentations, workbooks, handouts, and digital resources.
• Ensure training docs align with brand standards and approved learning frameworks.
• Coordinate logistics for learning programs: scheduling, rooms, equipment, attendance.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Learning and Development team on projects.
• Maintain learning records, attendance logs and completion reports.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and data.
• Support vendor and stakeholder coordination, including confirmations and docs.
• Stay informed about trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Uphold standards of professionalism, grooming, confidentiality and service excellence.
