About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilledManager - Learning & Development to join our Learning & D evelopmentteam.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Execute annual learning priorities and operational plans established by the Assistant Director and Executive Director of Learning & Development.
- Lead the end-to-end management of programs within the assigned L&D pillar, ensuring high-quality facilitation, guest experience alignment, and readiness for operational needs.
- Ensure all learning experiences uphold Wynn’s brand standards, luxury service philosophy, and Forbes Five-Star expectations.
- Directly supervise and develop Assistant Managers and, where applicable, Executives and Coordinators, providing coaching, feedback, performance guidance, and ongoing capability development.
- Oversee team scheduling, deployment, and facilitation assignments to ensure business continuity and consistent delivery standards.
- Design, update, and maintain program content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with departmental and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor program performance through LMS data, reporting dashboards, learner feedback, and operational KPIs; propose and implement improvements based on insights.
- Ensure full compliance with mandatory training requirements, audit readiness, documentation standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Partner with operational and support services teams as well as wider People & Culture, and other stakeholders to diagnose training needs and deliver targeted learning solutions.
- Support pre-opening and large-scale training waves, including resource planning, content readiness, and cross-functional coordination.
- Maintain excellence in facilitation, using adult learning principles and luxury service behaviors to inspire performance and elevate guest-facing capabilities.
- Contribute to the enhancement of learning technologies, digital content utilization, and LMS governance by ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Role-model professionalism, confidentiality, brand alignment, and Wynn cultural leadership principles.
- Provide accurate reporting and documentation to support dashboards, audits, and leadership reviews.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive Learning & Development experience, ideally within luxury hospitality or large-scale operations.
- Experience in facilitation, instructional design, or learning program management.
- Experience supervising or coaching junior trainers, coordinators, or team leads.
- Exposure to regulatory training, guest experience training, or leadership development programs.
- Experience with LMS systems (Oracle preferred), digital learning formats, and blended learning approaches.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills; able to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
- High service mindset with an understanding of luxury operations and guest experience expectations.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing or developing team members.
- Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
