Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an Executive – Learning & Development to strengthen our learning culture and brand-aligned hospitality standards. You will lead onboarding, support various training initiatives, and help maintain accurate records and documentation across the L&D portfolio.

The role requires a degree in HR, Business or Hospitality and at least 2 years of experience in HR, training, or hospitality operations, preferably in luxury service environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, training, hospitality operations, or related role preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or service-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new joiner orientation programs to create a welcoming onboarding experience.
• Support the delivery of learning initiatives and brand culture training programs.
• Assist in preparing, updating and organizing training materials and resources.
• Ensure training documentation aligns with brand standards and approved frameworks.
• Coordinate logistics for learning programs and manage attendance.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Learning & Development team on projects.
• Maintain learning records and completion reports.
• Support evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.
• Coordinate vendor and stakeholder training confirmations and documentation.
• Stay informed about L&D trends and best practices.
