Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive luxury hospitality business. You will manage key accounts, present to clients, and coordinate with events teams to deliver unforgettable experiences.

The role requires 2–3 years in luxury hotel sales, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and proficiency in MS Office; Opera/Delphi experience is a plus. You will monitor market trends and forecast sales while ensuring accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/Hospitality/Sales/Marketing is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Opera/Delphi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, key accounts, and partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Manage accounts, leads, and sales activities with accurate records.
• Conduct client presentations, site inspections, and hotel show-arounds.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor performance of accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, meeting spaces, and event offerings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements.
• Maintain booking information in Opera and Delphi.
• Support the Events team with client engagement and sales initiatives.
