Job summary

Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort is seeking a Telephone Operator to deliver professional, friendly service, handle all external and internal calls and emails, and act as dispatcher for security, guest services and other colleagues in operations.

You will work with Housekeeping, Front Office and Engineering, maintain the switchboard and keep information confidential while providing accurate messages and wake-up calls as requested.

Qualifications

• Previous role as a Telephone Operator is a must.
• Outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Opera Property Management System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Process all calls and emails by redirecting or assisting the caller/sender.
• Answer telephone calls and emails in a clear, friendly and courteous tone.
