Job summary

Jumeirah Mina Al Salam in Dubai invites applications for a Guest Relations Executive to join Hanaaya. You will greet guests, coordinate dining experiences, and ensure seamless service with a focus on personalized attention.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in a luxury hospitality role, strong English, and knowledge of dining systems. Experience with Micros and SevenRooms is preferred; Russian or other European languages are desirable. This role offers competitive UAE Dirhams salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury property or branded restaurant.
• Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages desirable).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Micros and Sevenrooms.
• Experience in a multi-cultural environment.

• Create a warm and memorable welcome for every guest with personalized attention.
• Coordinate dining reservations and special occasions for flawless experiences.
• Recommend signature dishes and beverages based on menu knowledge and guest preferences.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Create a warm and memorable welcome for every guest, offering personalised attention and seamless introductions to service colleagues.
• Coordinate dining reservations and special occasions, ensuring a flawless experience through thoughtful planning and execution.
• Recommend signature dishes and beverage pairings with confidence, drawing on deep menu knowledge and understanding of guest preferences.
• Deliver attentive service to VIP and regular guests by anticipating their needs, recalling their preferences, and elevating each visit.
• Act as the key point of contact for guest enquiries, offering detailed knowledge of in-house dining themes and local highlights.
• Handle guest feedback and special requests gracefully and promptly, turning moments of dissatisfaction into lasting positive impressions.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• One or two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded restaurant.
• Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Micros, and Sevenrooms.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
