Job summary

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking an Ambassador to engage with guests, particularly UAE and Arabic VIPs, and to ensure exceptional service across departments. The role involves cultural briefings for colleagues and strong knowledge of the hotel’s services, outlets and facilities.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of hospitality or customer-focused experience and a High School Diploma. The position offers opportunities across a luxury hospitality network and competitive UAE-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Hospitality, Retail or Customer focused experience.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and serve as liaison for UAE and Arabic VIPs and dignitaries.
• Provide training on local culture to colleagues.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations and conduct site inspections.
• Review daily VIP and reservations reports with department managers.
• Build and maintain VIP guest profiles and preferences.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Security, Front Office, Transportation and Housekeeping for seamless operations.
