Job summary

Rixos Luxury Hotels in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Guest Relations Manager to oversee VIP guest experiences from arrival to departure, ensuring service excellence across Front Office and related departments.

You will lead Guest Relations staff, coordinate with F&B for reservations, manage complaints and service recovery, and drive brand standards in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a luxury 5-star hotel.
• Proficiency in English; Russian and/or Arabic are strong advantages.
• Background in Guest Relations, Front Office, VIP handling and service recovery.
• Strong leadership and guest engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full guest journey from arrival to departure with personalized service.
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery with proper follow-up.
• Coordinate VIP services and amenities, including VIP room blocking and in-room check-ins.
• Lead Guest Relations staff, including scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and brand standards.
• Collect and analyze guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
