Qualifications

• Strong multilingual communication skills; English required with Russian/Arabic as a strong advantage.
• Proven leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full guest journey from arrival to departure including personalized welcome and farewell.
• Develop guest experience initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of city attractions and services to assist guests effectively.
• Coordinate VIP services and amenities to meet high standards.
• Lead Guest Relations team and ensure service recovery and feedback handling.
