Jumeirah in Dubai invites applications for a Guest Relations Executive to join Hanaaya from September 2026. The role focuses on greeting guests, coordinating dining reservations, and ensuring impeccable service in line with Heart of Jumeirah standards.

The successful candidate will have a hospitality diploma, strong MS Office and Opera (Cloud), experience in a multi-cultural 5-star setting, and a passion for personalized guest experiences, with confidentiality and VIP attention.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera (Cloud).
• Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
• 1–2 years in guest service in a 5-star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation to ensure they feel welcome.
• Schedule dining reservations and coordinate special occasions.
• Handle restaurant enquiries and bookings using the SOP checklist.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus after seating.
• Familiarize with menu and Chef specials to answer queries and suggest pairings.
• Provide personalized attention to VIP and regular guests while preserving privacy.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver service that exceeds expectations per Heart of Jumeirah.
