You will coordinate with departments, maintain guest records, and recognize VIP guests to ensure memorable experiences in this high-end hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Guest Relations or Front Office experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional, confident, and guest-focused.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
