Qualifications

• Previous Front Office or Reception experience in a hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Guest-focused, professional, and well-presented.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and personalized manner.
• Handle check-in, check-out, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Address guest concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow Front Office procedures.
• Handle payments and ensure all transactions are processed accurately.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, service, and professionalism at all times.
