Job summary

ENNISMORE is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to deliver personalized and attentive service with a strong focus on VIP arrivals, in-house guest engagement and seamless guest experiences across the entire journey.

You will assist with VIP check-in and check-out (including in-room orientation when required), maintain accurate guest profiles in OPERA, handle requests and complaints with professionalism and timely follow-up, coordinate VIP amenities, celebrations, transportation, and ensure smooth

Qualifications

Previous experience in Guest Relations/Front Office in luxury hotels preferred.
Fluent or working knowledge of German and Russian preferred.
Ability to handle VIP guests discreetly and professionally.

Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate VIP arrivals with room allocation and amenities.
Assist VIP check-in and check-out including in-room orientation when required.
Maintain accurate guest profiles in OPERA.
Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints with timely follow-up and service recovery.
Coordinate VIP amenities, celebrations, transportation and other special arrangements.
Liaise with Housekeeping, F&B and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Manage guest messages, mail, packages and trace requests efficiently.
Support restaurant reservations and record guest preferences and dietary requirements.
Maintain Guest Relations reports and daily operational follow-up.
