Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi seeks a Guest Services Manager to lead the Concierge, Lobby Ambassadors, Guest Relations, Executive Lounge and Butler teams, delivering a consistently personalized guest experience in line with luxury standards.

You will maintain deep knowledge of services, dining, events, and local offerings to provide tailored recommendations and seamless operations for a five-star stay.

Qualifications

• Experience: Two years’ supervisory experience at a Front Desk in a luxury hotel.
• Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or related field with proven Front Office or Guest Relations experience.
• Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Concierge, Lobby Ambassadors, Guest Relations, Executive Lounge and Butler teams.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of hotel services, facilities, dining, culture and events for tailored recommendations.
• Ensure seamless operation of luxury hotel services and highest guest relation standards.
• Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues and stakeholders to foster relationships.
• Respond to guest needs with empathy and proactive, personalized service.
• Supervise front desk colleagues to ensure attentive, professional service from arrival to departure.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly in line with Rosewood’s service philosophy.
