Job summary

One&Only One Zaabeel in Dubai seeks an exceptional Host to deliver a bespoke guest experience from arrival to departure, building meaningful relationships and anticipating every need.

You will coordinate reservations, unpacking, itineraries and special occasions, working closely with all departments to ensure flawless service and unforgettable memories for our guests. Fluent English, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Office
• Well presented, confident, and highly service driven

Responsibilities

• Manage the guest experience from arrival through to departure, building relationships and tailoring each stay based on individual preferences.
• Coordinate all guest requests, from reservations and in-room services to personalised experiences such as unpacking and itinerary planning.
• Ensure flawless execution of guest services by collaborating with all hotel departments and accurately capturing and delivering preferences.
• Engage with guests daily to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and continuously enhance their experience.
