Job summary

Raffles The Palm Dubai is seeking an experienced Club Operations and Experience Manager to lead the Raffles Club's daily service and development. You will partner with Rooms, F&B, Culinary and other hotel teams to deliver warm, personalised experiences across breakfast, afternoon tea and aperitivo while maintaining exceptional standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in tourism, hospitality or hotel management.
• Five years of relevant experience, including at least three in a management role.
• Experience budgeting, cost control and performance monitoring.
• Fluent in English; additional language is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Micros and MS Office; Opera Cloud is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Raffles Club operations and guest experiences.
• Budget, cost control and forecast management for the Club.
• Drive service improvements and guest journey enhancements.
• Develop and coach the Club team for high performance.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance across the Club.
