Job summary

Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a dynamic Groups & Events Executive to support planning, coordination and execution of group bookings and events. You will manage client inquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery.

You will build strong relationships with clients and partners, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth while monitoring market trends and ensuring exceptional service standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a 5 star hotel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment.

Responsibilities
